Our Store Policies

We offer unique and custom precision cut gemstones.

Gemstones from our store will be shipped on the next business day, unless otherwise stated.

Custom cut delivery times are dependent to place in the commission list, but have a minimum of 7 days turn around if rough is in stock. Times vary if rough needs to be sourced. 

​

Set jewelry has a minimum 3 week turn around time on custom settings as it often takes 2 weeks to receive cast pieces from the caster.

​

We offer a 7 day return policy on our store gemstones. All stones returned must be in original condition. Contact us for questions or assistance. A restocking fee of 5% will be charged for all returned gems.

All custom jewelry and stones cut on request sales are final.
